Are your kaftans free-size?
Many of our kaftans are free-size or have an oversized fit to accommodate various body types. Always check the size details listed on each product page.
What fabrics do you use?
Our kaftans are made from high-quality fabrics such as brocade, silk, ankara and liquid mikado blends, often embellished with feathers, stones, or embroidery for a luxurious finish.
Can I wear a kaftan to a formal event?
Absolutely. Our kaftans are designed to be versatile. Dress it up with heels and statement jewellery, or keep it casual with flats and minimal accessories.
Do you make custom sizes or lengths?
Yes! If you need a specific length or fit, email us at sales@houseofbubu.co.uk before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I care for my kaftan?
We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water (depending on the material). Avoid tumble drying. Specific care instructions are included with each item.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping varies based on the item. Please send an email to sales@houseofbubu.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist you.
NOTE: Express shipping is unavailable for pre-order items. Please refer to the product description to see if your item is on pre-order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL and Royal Mail. Shipping times vary based on your location. For more information about shipping please refer to our shipping page.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Order processing takes 7-10 business days. We aim to dispatch orders after processing within 3-5 business days for UK customers. This excludes weekends and public holidays. International orders may take longer. However, once there’s a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once an order is placed. However, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I cancel an order?
We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time, we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it , this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.
Something is wrong with my order?

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team immediately with details and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Can I return or exchange my kaftan?
Please refer to our Refund Policy. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable.
