At House of Bubu, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your pieces reach you safely and beautifully.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from the delivery time stated below.

2. UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery: Estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

3. London Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for selected London addresses, subject to availability.

If you require same-day delivery, please contact House of Bubu via WhatsApp before placing your order so that we can confirm availability and the delivery fee for your location.

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by House of Bubu.

4. International Delivery

We ship internationally using DPD International.

International orders are estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. This timeframe allows for international transit and customs processing.

Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance or circumstances outside of our control.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been handed to the courier.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

House of Bubu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
