All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure safe delivery of your orders: Royal Mail for Standard UK and small international parcels, DHL Express for fast, tracked international and UK deliveries, FedEx for reliable international shipping, particularly for the U.S. and Canada.

3. Delivery Times & Rates

United Kingdom (Domestic) - Standard (Royal Mail): 2-4 business days - Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DHL): 1-2 business days.

International - DHL Express: 2-5 business days (tracked & signed)

FedEx International Priority: 2-6 business days

Royal Mail International: 5-10 business days (economy option)
